Shipping and Returns

The Short Version

FREE Shipping

  • We only ship orders on business days (We deserve time off too).

  • We ship orders with FedEx, UPS, or USPS at our discretion. 

  • From November 25th to December 31st (during the Holiday season) processing and shipping times might be longer than normal.

  • Free shipping is only offered in the continental US.

 

Returns

  • All returned items will undergo a thorough inspection.

  • Items must be in the same condition as when they were received, with all original tags still attached.

  • If returned items are not in their original condition, we reserves the right to refuse the refund.

  • Please read our full return policy before starting a return.

 

Your Time Matters

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will be shipped the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be shipped the following business day.

  • Actual delivery dates are 1-6 days from the moment they were shipped.

Returns

If you decide that the product isn't for you, you can return it any time within 30 days of your purchase, as long as the item is still in its original condition. We offer discounted return shipping labels on luggage and free returns on everything else. Please contact us right away with any concerns about defective or damaged merchandise.

 

Ineligible products

  • Used items. Excluding returns for product defects, refunds will not be issued if an item is returned to us damaged, used, or in an unsuitable condition. You will have 10 days to provide a written notice to reclaim the items by providing us with a pre-paid shipping label to return the item to you.

  • Our return policy does not apply if the usability is restricted by improper use, faulty operation, or external forces (particularly flight or transport damage, e.g., deformation, cracks, body breakages, scratches, wear, etc.). We recommend inspecting your product immediately after retrieval from transport handling and filing a claim with the responsible party.

  • Sale items. Only regular-priced items may be returned. All final sale items are yours to keep. 

 

Responsibility

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so ensure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way! Please note that all returns must be shipped in a box, so we recommend holding on to your original packaging through the trial period.

As the package remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

We're not responsible for any items returned to us by mistake (it happens!). If we can locate the item (it's not always possible) and you'd like it returned, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.

 

Refunds (if applicable) 

If you return an item within 30 days of being delivered, or available for collection by you. Once your return is received and inspected, we will fully refund you through the original payment method or store credit, and you'll be notified by email.

If your product was delivered more than three business days ago and you didn't receive an email about your refund, check your bank account or credit card; it might already be there. If you did receive the email but not the refund, wait 3-5 business days and then contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). For example, buyer's remorse returns including but not limited to no longer needed, accidental order, better price available, didn't like material or color, item too small or too large will have the return shipping cost deducted.

 

Exchanges

We don't offer exchanges on orders- if you would like a different product, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

 

Shipping

Shipping fees are non-refundable, so if you initially selected expedited shipping or any other shipping service besides our free shipping for your order, you will only be refunded the cost of the item(s) you return.
